and cheerleading. These lessons are for those individuals
who desire one on one instruction to polish up or achieve
certain skill levels that can only be achieved through
specialized instruction. Lessons are available to all

Open gym is a time for kids and adults alike to unwind
in a non-structured but well supervised atmosphere.
