Pre-Developmental

Our developmental gymnastics program prepared for those promoted or advancing from pre-school classes that are not quite ready for developmental classes or the transition from 45 min class to the 90 min class. Balance, coordination, physical fitness, and total muscle control. Our training program incorporates skill progression through the use of skill sheets that outline our training plan for promotions. Additionally, we promote self discipline, self control, increased self esteem, and Godly moral values. The ingredients for a successful future not only in gymnastics but throughout our lifetime.
